A bank statement contains a merchant, an amount and a date. That is the whole of it. So Outlayer can tell you what repeats, what overlaps and what is about to renew — and it cannot tell you whether anyone logs into these tools. No product reading a statement can, whatever it says on its homepage. If you want that, you need to connect each vendor's admin account, which is a different product.
